-Clients are asked to pay € 80.00 on arrival at our office in Sorrento for electricity, running water, gas, cleaning and weekly linen.
-Bond € 100.00 (deposited on arrival, Will be returned on departure).

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • For the booking to be confirmed a down payment on our account has to be made (50 % of the whole sum) by bank transfer/order. The rest of the sum (50 %) will be paid on arrival. If you prefer, you can give us your credit card details to guarantee your booking. You'll then pay the total sum on arrival.
  • If you do wish to rent one of our apartment, we are willing to discuss alternate forms of payment with you any.
  • OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

    The Cancellation Fee is:

    10% of the total sum if canceled in the period up to 31 days prior to check-in.
    50% of the total sum if cancelled within 30 to 11 days prior to check-in
    100% of the sum if cancelled within 10 days to 0 hours prior to check-in:.
    100% of the sum. For No-show

    HANDING OVER OF THE HOUSE KEYS

    The house keys are handed over on arrival which must be after 04.00 pm, and they must be handed back by 10.00 am on the departure day. Our normal booking week runs from Saturday to Saturday, but TREDY Company will try to satisfy our clients’ wishes whenever it is possible. On arrival, you'll be asked to pay an additiopnal cost for utility bills, and leave a bond (caution money) which will be reinbursed on departure. The house keys won’t be handed over if the number of the clients is more than the number communicated by TREDY Company at the moment of the reservation .

    FEATURES OF THE ACCOMODATION

    The accomodations are furnished as holiday homes, this may make you feel that you do not have all the comforts that you have in your own home, but the most important items are already there for your desposal, like the electric appliances which are mentioned on the web site.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

    TREDY Company will give reliable assistance to clients in case of problems. On arrival you will receive a phone number which you may dial if in need of help. Clients are obliged to communicate to the organiser any difference or problems regarding the dwelling they have paid for as soon as possible: so every problem can be solved right away.

    RESPONSABILITY OF THE CLIENTS

    Clients have to take care of the accomodation, furniture and all the objects and items in it. They will be considered responsible for any damage of these .

    CHANGES ON CLIENTS ARRIVAL

    If for any reason owing to a cause beyond control, on arrival the organiser can’t supply you with the apartment or villa you booked, an alternative accomodation solution will be offered in form of accomodation of the same or higher price range without additional costs. In case the standard of the accomodation is lower than that one you booked, TREDY Company will refund the differnce.
